A development like this lives or dies on the shared spaces. Every unit has to connect cleanly to the car park, the paths and its own front door, and the whole site has to drain and wear well long after the last owner moves in. We laid the concrete that does all of that — the driveways and line-marked parking, the footpaths threading between the units, and the entry pads and courtyard patios that give each home its own outdoor space.

The flatwork is set out to levels and falls so the water sheds where it should and every junction lines up — paths meet patios, patios meet kerbs, and the parking bays sit square to the buildings. Crisp concrete kerbing frames the parking court and carves out the planted islands that break up what would otherwise be a sea of grey.

Because we handle the small landscaping too, those islands and edges don't sit bare. We turfed the private lawns, filled the garden beds with mulch and planting, and set it all tight against the concrete so the soft and hard surfaces read as one considered job rather than two trades meeting at a rough edge.
